Hi all. I have a 24 hr shift coming up (travel incl).
Pre Keto heck even pre dieting I’d grab a subway as a healthy option and a coke for the drive down or maybe maccas. Dinner would be whatever I could buy and smelt good plus the obligatory coke.
Now I’ve only been Keto TRENDING (can’t seem to get below 10% carbs though I am still dropping weight) and am a bit away from Ketosis let alone being Keto adapted…
Should I use this opportunity to take a jar of coconut oil and butter and just stick to eating this? Will it work (ie my body won’t crap out) as I am not yet in Ketosis?
