I an doing an MS in Engineering Management from EMU all on-line. I see they also have an MS in Nutrition program also all on-line.
Thought: Most of what they teach in such a program will be standardized main-stream HIGH CARB LOW FAT bullsh*t. What would you gain by spending 2 to 5 years doing this program (full or part time) other than a degree?
