Last year, while visiting Phoenix, I was a 311 pound, pre-diabetic, 37-year-old male. Some friends wanted to climb Camelback Mountain. I declined, as usual. It was the first of a few things that made me take stock and decide to make some changes. I also decided that I would go up the mountain in a year. So, after one year of Keto, of listening and reading, I am now a 227 pound, non-diabetic, 38-year-old. I run three times a week, and feel better in almost every way. And today, while in Phoenix for my annual visit, I took this photo on the top of Camelback Mountain:

This is so cool, way to go!
Once you make a transformation like that you look back and think “I don’t want to be that guy again”

Scott H.~~~ I am blown away, I don’t even know you and I feel so proud of you!
Good on ya, for the freedoms you’ve gained, the losses you left behind, & your accomplishments, including this beautiful success photo. WOW & WOW again!
I will use this success to inspire me to new heights, too.
