New to Keto but have been taking in all the information that I can. It is a lot but I have been trying to keep it simple. Started Feb 21/19 at 192lbs and today Mar 18/19 weighed in at 178lbs. I have been using myFitnesspal to check my macros and has seemed to work pretty good. I have been intermittent fasting as well which is not as hard as people make it sound. Keep at it and keep your salt intake up and it should be fine. I use lifefasting app as well. I have pretty much cut out beer but have to occasional wine or vodka soda. I went to Vegas for 4 days as well during this time and cheated a bit but got back on track when i got back. All I will say to Newbies out there that stick with it and if you find you are not losing inches or weight you need to change something up that suits your lifestyle.Whether it is maybe doing an intermittent fast a few days a week or everyday keep trying and i bet you will see results. I may have been lucky but I have been pretty strict and stuck with it. Good luck to all the newbies and hope to hear about your success!!!
