OMAD and creatine loading phase

I have been doing OMAD for weight loss and have great results. I now want to start weight training to tone up my skin and have lean muscles. How should I load up creatine monohydrate since I have one hour eating window.

Honestly… don’t … eat real food.
Train fasted.

I just put a scoop of it in my almond milk in the morning.
