Hi, I have been using Ketonix on and off for years. I have an older, Red, USB-connected device. I tried downloading the latest software, but is asks for Bluetooth (my device does not have Bluetooth), and even though its plugged into my iPad, the software cant find my device. Any advice?

The mobile software is for the Blue/Greens, you’d have to use the desktop browser version. Tracking down an old version of the app won’t work since you’re on an iPad. Desktop is probably the only way to go.
