I don’t eat anything before morning training sessions on weekends, and wait a couple of hours typically after I’m done to eat. Looking to mix it up though. Okay to eat a fatty breakfast right after (pork belly at a favourite neighborhood restaurant) or should I still wait a bit?
Okay to eat fat after strength and or HIIT, or wait a bit?

I’d just go by what your stomach can handle. I know I don’t feel like eating much after a hard workout, but if you do, go for it!
