Okay, so I must be an idiot to start (again) on April, when I have a birthday at the mid of May

In these few days, it is my birthday.

And I still couldn’t manage to even try to make the keto (cheese)cake to substitute. The cakes outside are all carby.

Stressful…

I intended to consider these few days to be out of ketosis, but then when I get back, the counter needs to be reset again, and I don’t think I stay long enough to be at 2nd phase of ketosis (fat adaptation) yet.

Oh… (Headache)

If I could make the cake, at least when people said to celebrate, I could say “use mine” >_<

Without time to make cake, I end up making custard(recipe from @OgreZed ) to replace… It ends up becoming just a cooked egg instead. =.= I am both amused and not amused by the effect.(I admitted that I didn’t stir after a few times of microwaving every 30 seconds.)

Luckily this cooked egg can become part of my breakfast.(+ Kimchi + fried salmon)
