OK to post Topic? NSV

I wanted to post an NSV, I found similar NSV’s that are pretty old, should I post the same NSV with another name or “reply” to the similar NSV. I am going for the Belt nsv!

On these forums it doesn’t seem to matter whether you start a new thread or revive an old one, so do as you please (barring instructions from an admin, of course). My preference is to let old threads lie, but partly that’s because I belong to a different forum where reviving old threads is seriously discouraged, because of the nature of the topic.
