I had breakfast duty at the beach house this morning, and felt compelled to respect my daughter-in-law’s preferences. So I cooked turkey bacon. Ewww… it doesn’t shrink! It doesn’t make bacon grease! It’s just so wrong!

Every time I hear someone express a preference for bacon, I feel compelled to ask them to show me where exactly the bacon comes from on the turkey.
