Off the rails

We did keto successfully for just about a year and seems to dive off the wagon as we hit some life challenges and mike stones over the past two months. We’re both in agreement and tomorrow is the first full day of being back on keto. Any advise and tips that will help us stay on track to be successful in changing our lifestyle. Thanks in advance!

Just dive back in! I find if I’ve slipped up that it really helps to be very generous with (keto) meals to get back into the swing - keeps me from missing other foods, keeps cravings to a minimum.

Clear the house of carbs, track your food intake, eat plenty of it, keep carbs under 20g.

I’m in the same boat - back on it as of yesterday after about a year break. Have been feeling so awful in my body and I just know the only time I feel really great is on keto.

I’m just taking it one meal at a time and hopefully that will just compound and before I know it we’ll get to the end of the year and be able to look back and say awesome!

Same for me. Had a month or so of not really bring on keto. Being more relaxed about it but I feel.dreadful now as a result . So im back on it again. I still have weight too loose but now more so than ever I needed to feel good

I had a bad week last week. Today I am back in 100%. I was about 75% back over the weekend. I had 3 birthday gatherings and a migraine to thank. Things happen.

Starting in September it’s nonstop birthdays until the new year. I was about to when the bfs sister started preaching vegan crap to me. She was eating meat until a couple weeks ago… Now tofu is it … Just try it.
No means no :face_vomiting:

See, that’s part of the issue. If I actually end up at things like that, I’m past the knifing myself stage and am kinda actively looking for targets. A role she would have filled quite nicely…

Haha. I just smile and nod but i have your scenario playing in my head :joy: She is a diet pusher. Everytime she changes to yet another one she has to tell the world how ‘everyone should be eating this way’.
