I’m really new to this now 9 days in I think and I’m confused about the labels on things.
Does the part on the carbohydrate part that says “of which sugars” have any baring?
Because I’ve been unsure I’ve just avoided food that’s I can’t fit in to my counts but wouldn’t mind having a broader diet

suspected that but never knew for sure since the math often didn’t add up… thanks for that valuable info
