So, I do weekly weigh-in’s with a friend. She’s just on calorie watch, and I’m keto.
Typically, I’ve been down 1-3 pounds per week since my initial whoosh. This week, however, is really strange:
My weight has stayed exactly the same. Not even an ounce difference. Nothing.
Losses:
2" waist
1.25" hips
.5" neck
.25" calves
1" thighs
Gain:
1" arms
