I was able to drive 300 miles/5 hours yesterday, at night, without fatiguing. I can’t even remember the last time I was able to do this. Normally we’d switch drivers at least twice on that drive due to fatigue, but yesterday I had no issues, no brain fog, no fatigue. Had to stop to stretch a few times, but that’s about it. I am thinking this is keto related…

I am sure you are right. I am a shift worker, and have found the combination of keto and fasting to help heaps with preventing fatigue.
I agree, had the same reaction or non reaction while fasting on a 200 mile excursion late last summer.
