A way to have an awesome snack, but a few will totally satisfy!!
Any nuts
Coconut oil melted
Add any and all spices you like!! I did cayanne,salt,curry,garlic,pepper,and steak seasoning…
Mix it in the melted coconut oil add some sugar replacement if you like (sweet n salty…yum)
Pour over nuts and toss (in a bag is easiest) the oil obsorbs into the nuts and ooooohh my!!! YUMMM
I keep them in a jar for a snack when I’m tempted to grab the tons of CARBAGE that’s always around at my salon!! Cheetos and cheese nips are the worst for me…

I love a variation of these easy pecan cookies. I add 1/4 cup of Lily’s chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut.

I do this as well!
I prefer kerigold butter and I use pecans, macadamia nuts, raw pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
It’s so delicious and so satisfying.
It’s saved my munchies from the world of carbs
