Ive used the nuPasta fettuchini and LOVED it!
Made a perfect Fettuchini Alfredo.
Personally, i drain it…rinse it and then put it in milk for an hour. It gets rid of the fishy weird smell and neutralizes the taste…then i drain it, rinse it and use right away. No need to even cook it… you can nuke it in the microwave if you want it hot or eat it cold! Absorbs good flavour…a little chewy…think Al Dante pasta.
nuPasta question please =)

As a personal preference I avoid processed foods as much as possible.
If you have zucchini in the house, they can be sliced really thinly using a vegetable peeler and then treated as a pasta substitute. A spiraliser is nice to have but not essential.

@PortHardy
Thanks Heather =). I will do that =).
I tried doing the zucchini myself and I have made spaghetti squash a few times, I just wanted something fast for the nights I am cooking the meals for everyone else and want something quick, not regularly =). Thanks for the idea though =-).
