NSV - Stopped taking BP Meds

I have stopped taking the Blood Pressure medication prescribed to me. I noticed I was getting light headed a lot, and didn’t immediately make the connection. I started reading about another med I am on to see what the side-effect were, and then decided to read about my others. One of the main side effects of Lisinopril is light headedness.
I stopped taking it and I have felt great ever since, my BP is next to perfect. I guess losing 50+ pounds definitely changes your body composition and meds will need to adjust.
Thanks for reading! :meat_on_bone: :bacon:

Congrats. I’m sure you know this but, I’d monitor my BP for a few days/weeks so that you can give those readings to your DR when he jumps your ass. You will be able to just look at him and smile.

Congrats!!! That is fantastic news!!! One of the reasons I started keto was due to high blood pressure. I REALLY want to be off my meds.
