Even though I’ve been stalled for months and screwin around +/- 5lbs for what seems like forever, I tried a smaller size tankini top this morning and it fits sooooo much better than the ones I bought last year. So I’ve gone from an XL to a Large! I guess my body has lots of healing to do, but even after a year on Keto, I’m still excited to know I continue to get results, even if it’s not currently scale related. It’s a journey, not a destination. KCKO
