I have had headaches for as long as I remember. Fours years ago, before starting keto, I had constant headaches. I tried everything for headaches on the market. About once a week when I couldn’t stand it anymore, I would have to take a painkiller which would knock me out for 24 hours and when that didn’t work, about twice a month, they would get so bad I would end up in the hospital getting an IV and shots into my upper neck. The doctors at the ER said I should get frequent flyer miles I was in there so much. Then I started keto. Over the last 4 years, the frequency of ending up in the hospital went down to once a month and then once every couple of months and then to once a year. This last year I didn’t have to go in at all. Today I was going through my medicine cabinets and I realized that my pain pills had expired. That means I haven’t had to take anything for over a year for an occasional headache other than ibuprofen. Since I haven’t changed anything else in my life, it has to be the keto. Since very few people around me understand NSVs, I needed to share this good news with you all.

One of the bonuses for me has been the end of my Ideopathic Intercranial Hypertension. I’ve had constant headaches for a couple of years due to too much spinal fluid in the brain. Not anymore. Isn’t nice to be free of it! I happy for you!

Keto—the low-carb, low-insulin, high-satisfaction, health-and-weight-regulation diet! What’s not to like?

I too suffer chronic migraines but Keto has taken care of that. If only I’d have known years ago
