A couple of years ago, I did 5:2, and then low carb. Got down to about 105kg (I’m 6’5"/195cm).
Needed a new motorbike jacket, bought one around the end of 2015. Then in 2016, hopped off the wagon (yes, jumped off, I didn’t fall!), and finally ended up about 124kg around Christmas 2016. Sometime during the year the jacket shrunk a fair bit, to the point where it no longer zipped up, and I had to go back to my old jacket which I’d luckily not disposed of.
I’ve lost about 11kg or so since the start of the year (I’m about 113kg at the moment), and feeling great.
Tonight I thought “I wonder if…”
Next stage will be some fitted suits I had made up in Thailand when I was that size, which of course I grew out of.
