I lead a team of two backend developers. One is keto and one is not. We were migrating one of our public web servers in a complicated dance of upgrades and more this week and it was not going as fast as we expected.
The one staff who is not keto balled out at 9:00 pm and left saying she was hungry and tired. The two of us remaining waited for her to leave and then we laughed and said together “fueled by ketones”. We kept going and were successful by 10 pm.
Having more energy is great. Not having to eat is even greater. It is liberating.
