NSV HBP and Scale Victory

(Eric - The patient needs to be patient!) #1

BP this morning was about the same with meds and an hour after meds (120/68). This is big for me. My BP has been slowing improving as I fast more IF 18/6 -> OMAD (22/2) -> EF 42 hrs and more.

Weirdly my BP went up to recent highs (~145/88) the first week of December and then came down with no obvious change in diet or environmental exposure in a week. Not sure why. I suspect my body is fighting my new normal improved BP.
This past week was my first >24 hr EF and yesterday I did a 2 meal 20/4 IF. That was fun. I was barely about to eat dinner since I was so full from lunch.

Yesterday I blew leaves for 2 1/2 hrs and did other work around the house without getting tired.

Weight this morning was 220.0 lbs. :+1: :man_dancing:
I don’t focus much on weight but I do check it. I was hoping for 220 by the end of 2018.

Off to the gym this morning for upper body training.

Nice! You’re doing something right.

Great as long as you don’t over do it on the feasting meals for the two holidays, you have met your goal.
Happy to hear your BP is getting under control that is a huge thing. Congrats.

The BP is more like a black box that hopefully comes along for the ride. Feasting meals are mentally accounted for. The biggest one is a party today and that will be my OMAD. Tomorrow my family and I will just grill rib eye steaks which we do once a week anyway. No change in a routine other than my wife wants me to cook an extra one for leftovers. So I think I have this week covered.

Saturday will be college football party at my house and will be a OMAD event as well.
