First time since my teens, so 30-odd years. My weight has been stable at 87kg for the last six months but my belly has been slowly shrinking and my 34’s getting looser all the time. Got myself a pair of 32 waist jeans from ebay and they just turned up. They fit like a glove! I’m a happy man.
