I’ve been eating my burgers rare, working up to raw. Tastes so much better this way!! And apparently more nutritious.
Love that cookbook. I learned so much!
My most adventurous raw recipe made was fermented salmon. Though I understood the science behind fermentation, I will admit I was leery about eating the finished product, in spite of the salmon being from a known, quality source.
I ate it. I lived, lol. It tasted good.
