Nourishing Traditions

(AnnaLeeThal) #1

I was looking through my NT book and came across this chapter:

Looks like my kinda food! I have been craving raw meat so hard as time goes on. Probably my body really wanting those micronutrients that I have been missing out on eating SAD.

Mmmmm…carpaccio and tartar…delicious!!! :yum::yum:

I’ve been eating my burgers rare, working up to raw. Tastes so much better this way!! And apparently more nutritious.

Love NT. I’ve used quite a few recipes over the years. Enjoy!

That’s one of the only cookbooks I kept whilst decluttering. :slight_smile:

Love that cookbook. I learned so much!

My most adventurous raw recipe made was fermented salmon. Though I understood the science behind fermentation, I will admit I was leery about eating the finished product, in spite of the salmon being from a known, quality source.

I ate it. I lived, lol. It tasted good. :blush:
