Not quite exercise

For weeks I’ve had so much energy that I can’t sit still. (Not complaining.) I’ve been cleaning and reorganizing EVERYTHING! I also started wearing my fitbit again, just to see the steps I’m getting in. I am sore, A LOT, because I have not been this active in years. I’m loving it though. I will start adding extra walks in at work (and on weekends when there’s nothing left to clean! lol)

Try stretching morning and night, and soaking in a hot tub will help too!
