2nd day into it. Feeling very weak with headaches that really hurt. Even shake sometimes.

It’s probably your electrolytes. You can search for ketoaide recipes for a way to get your electrolytes. Maybe get some salt in now if you don’t have the other ingredients on hand.

Im new, but I almost passed out, and the group suggested electrolytes. Keto makes you pee a lot, and a lot of people see an electrolyte imbalance.

Could you just be getting sick? I had a cold my first week. I couldnt tell if my headache was keto flu or just my cold.

Thank you. I’m thinking headache is withdrawal from all the sugary coffee drinks I consumed.

Drink lots and lots of water and try organic apple cider vinegar with water and salt. It’s probably a combo of detoxing and needing more electrolytes. 1 cup warm water, 1 TBS lemon juice, 1 TBS raw apple cider vinegar and 1 teaspoon pink sea salt. Try this once a day. Also a warm bath with lavender and Epsom salt nightly helps.
