I usually get my needed protein in a day, it struggle getting enough calories and fat. Today for instance, I have 2g of protein left for the day, 497 cal, and 56 lfats. I am using a Keto calculator so that is what I’m referring to when I say I still have them left. How do you all get the fat and calories without adding more protein and carbs?
Not enough fats
Brie, fat bomb, maybe, but tomorrow add your fat to food. Especially if you are hungry. Butter to veggies, fat on meat, oil on salad, mayo as dip, sour cream in recipes, etc.

The advice that helped me a LOT was to view your veggies as “fat carriers” - once I started adding fats in decent quantities to my veggies, I ended up pretty much stopping butter coffee and fat bombs. I used to be really stingy with dressing on my salads. Now I load them up! I love butter on veggies, but I also change it up by using mayo, hollandaise, cream or cheese sauces … you get the idea. Some of those will add some protein to your meal as well, so you might end up dialing back your protein servings a bit, too. Keep things simple at first - a pat of butter on the green beans here, a squirt of olive oil on your chicken there … and pretty soon you’ll easily hit your fat macro.

You don’t have to eat to your macros though, if you aren’t hungry, you are fine just not eating any more. If you are still hungry, the suggestions above are great.
IKR?? When we used to be all about the veggies (or acted like it - I’ve always secretly been all about the olives!)! 
2 fatty drinks help me get my fats in. Coffee or tea with blended butter and coconut oil is pretty good!
this is a great thread. I just listened to the podcast about fat to satiety. I am about 5 pounds to my goal weight and have been eating too much protein and not enough fat.
I can tell I am still a little afraid of fat.
I just recently added back the butter and cream and MCT oil to my coffee.
I will also add melted butter or butter pats to veggies and more olive oil to my salads.
Ast breakfast I think I will eat 1 egg and 1 bacon but add butter to the egg.
And there is always a hard boiled egg with mayo as a “fat bomb”

Thank you all. These suggestions are really helpful. I have lost 20lb from October thru December and have since stalled out. I figured it’s because I never get enough fats; since I’m training my body to be a fat burner I need to give it the fuel to burn! These all seem like very do-able easy ways to get fats. I have to admit, some of the suggestions I knew when I first started the journey but somewhere along the lines I forgot about them (like adding butter). So it is great to see some of these reminders along with the ideas I hadn’t thought of. So happy I found this website with such a supportive group!
