Norbu in Australia or Lakanto in Japan and USA - Monk Fruit

Does anyone have any experience with these sugar replacements? I am not diabetic so I don’t currently track my blood glucose reactions. I have used the Lakanto and like it’s taste a bit better than straight erythritol. @richard curios if you have an opinion or any science.

I’d love to try this and what I’ve read is v encouraging but in the UK it is prohibitively expensive

I use Lakanto golden combined with Swerve and Truvia as my go-to baking and ice cream sweetener.

I would go for pure monk fruit powder from morlife… that Norbu has sugar alcohols in it which isnt too healthy.
4 spoons =1 cup of sugar for pure monk fruit.
its zero cal or i think 1 carb or something like that
