Oh Paul! I’m new here so maybe this is a common hashtag but #notdeadyet is just the absolute freaking best! I’ve had sooooooo many people so suddenly concerned for my well being. This will just be a super short, some what humorous response that I think will serve me well. Brilliant!

You look amazing. Here’s to your continued success

Not sure why this showed up again, but I am glad I don’t have a picture of myself at my biggest to compare… let’s just say I am 40 something pounds less now with more muscle, and am somewhat more presentable. This was trying NOT to cut calories, and eating til I just wasn’t hungry most of the time. Truthfully, I thought it was going to “be hard,” but it just wasn’t. It was actually enjoyable, and I always enjoyed my food! Still do!

I don’t have a picture, but I had a suit with a 43 inch waist, and now I wear size 34 pants. 9 “pants” inches lost.

 ditto that pant size, xcept I started at 40 inches. I now have less pant size than I graduated college with - just with about 12-13 more pounds of muscle… I am still a skinny twig though… LOL.

Well, if you have that much more muscle, that’s great! People don’t realize how hard it is to build muscle. It takes a while, years usually to gain that much.

I am beginning to realize that, but I wasn’t doing weights on regular schedule, seeing a difference in “knowing I did some weights”. I’m 73, I don’t know how it will all come out, but I’m sticking with it, Denise. Good to see you Bob!!

LOL, I feel the same way, small-boned but I’m starting to at least feel the muscles, soreness, rest, then more strength next workout  Good to see you @scaperdude I hadn’t been around, but plan to be here more now, Denise:+1:

I’ll try and get a before and after pic, as I am curious to be able to see if there is a lot of improvement as I go
