Noatmeal - mmm mmm mmmmm

Noatmeal, tweaked the recipe from Keto Diet App to go with what I have on hand. I’m not disappointed! The best part is the toasted coconut flakes to my surprise. I added a touch of butter after they were toasted. And there’s peanut butter. Look, I love nut butters regardless. I’m keto and I eat nut butters (that sounds a lil… yeah…). Chia seed, erythritol, vanilla extract, cinnamon, heavy cream, and water. Taaadaaaa! And it’s an awesome post workout nom. (leg day, rather intense too!)
