No more zombie mornings

I used to be a night owl staying up late, being a zombie in the morning and struggle to get out the door each morning to go to my day job. And eating way too late Into the night… snacks or just dinner. Not anymore! Shift happens. I go to bed by 10 pm, 9:30 if I can manage it, but no later than 10:30… I don’t eat after 2pm and it’s as if by magic- no more zombie mornings. 5:00 am wake up time is easy now. Getting to work early??? Piece of cake. I’m no longer the joke of the office.

I sleep on the floor (don’t ask) and since I’ve been keto, one of my favorite things when I wake up is to do an explosive push-up as soon as I wake up and am about to get up to jump-start my morning :slight_smile:

I also wait until bed time to take my magnesium; I think it helps my body repair and rest while I sleep. I know I have extra vivid dreams since i’ve been taking it at night!

I take magnesium in the morning and beforeI go to sleep. It may be that I think this, but I believe it helps me sleep too.
