No hunger need advice

As far as not being hungry, as others have already mentioned, just eat when you’re hungry and just make sure to keep your Sodium up by adding some Salt in here and there when you’re not.

TBH, not getting that hunger feeling can also kind-of suck as well. (I know it’s not a bad thing overall, and it allows us to simply not eat. But I honestly do miss it at times though.) I pretty much learned this myself not but a few weeks after switching over and I hardly ever get ‘hungry’ really, even still now. Yes, I might think it’d be nice to eat a tasty meal, but I don’t get that ‘hunger’ feeling much at all anymore.

Thank you so much for your help!!! I guess not getting hungry is a good thing but you are right, it sucks when the rest of the family wants to go out to dinner or whatever and you have no desire to eat :expressionless:
