Hi all, this is the second time I’m embarking on my keto journey. I remember feeling so amazing back then that I decided to jumpstart again the day before Thanksgiving. I am already reaping the benefits, zero carb = zero crash!! My energy levels remain steady throughout the day and my daily mood has improved in only 6 days of staying in ketosis. It is nice to meet everyone, hope to see you all around!

#jealous haha. Good for you!! I have a question for you- when you decided to go Keto again did you cut carbs down before you started or did you go cold turkey? I’m only asking because I went cold turkey and felt crappy for a few days. I have a family member who wants to join Keto but is afraid of carb withdrawal.

Hi there! Yeah I initially started pretty high with the carbs and have been tapering down each day due to that. Last night was the first night I felt a little sick but in all honesty could have been due to other factors 
Plus, if you do experience that it passes quickly and the benefits are so worth it.
One of the reasons I love the keto way of eating is that I love salt and fat. Yum! Interesting to see how these dietary essentials have been vilified by poor so-called “science.” 
Totally agree! I was shocked when I initially learned about high fats and all the yummy things to eat
