So cool, thanks. Am heading out tomorrow to buy ginger capsules - so I can start making a great thing even better. Wrote a NSV about my trip to the dentist today. No inflammation of the gums. A total turn around from four months ago!! And BP so normal. And the dental staff accused me of looking fit! Just think what the coming year on keto will bring, cause all that happened in nine weeks.

You know me so well. Actually, though it is hot as hell here in the summer, I am going to search out boat-neck sleeveless tops. A very elegant look, and my neck is so sun damaged and thin from keto, I don’t think it needs any more sun exposure, or exposure in general. No red jeans!
