Having just started my second round of keto while working night shift I tried my first day of heavy lifting. Definitely, something I wasn’t prepared for. Has anyone had luck with targeting carbs right before lifting to give extra energy? I know this is a different form of keto and wondered if anyone else working night shift lifts weights while on keto. Would love to connect with other night shift people and hear their stories on how they stay fit. Perhaps studies i haven’t quite looked into yet.
