Hi everyone!
An experiment with low carb has brought me back to the task of re entering ketosis this week. Anyone else? Starting right now I am doing zero carb until I hit my stride. Being out of ketosis was not too helpful for my health, so I am going back in for the protective qualities and lack of insane carb cravings ketosis gifts me with. This might be tough but it’s doable and worth it! I know by the end of the week I won’t even want any more of that nasty junk that’s been calling to me!
