Hello :slight_smile: so Iโ€™m fairly new to the keto lifestyle โ€ฆ my husband and I started the end of may. I dropped 9lbs of water weight the first week. Total weight loss is 12 lbs. I feel like Iโ€™m not dropping anymore. I guess I was so excited to see the first lbs come off and now Iโ€™m impatient. Does this seem normal? Any help would be great !:blush:

That completly depends on what youโ€™re doing, a sample days diet or two would tell us more as well as what youโ€™ve set yourself for limits.
