Hello so Iโm fairly new to the keto lifestyle โฆ my husband and I started the end of may. I dropped 9lbs of water weight the first week. Total weight loss is 12 lbs. I feel like Iโm not dropping anymore. I guess I was so excited to see the first lbs come off and now Iโm impatient. Does this seem normal? Any help would be great !
