Hi!
I am so glad I have found this forum.
I have started keto on 25.08.20
I been eating just meat, eggs, cheese, olives, avocado, black coffee, peppermint tea.
This evening I have checked my ketone levels for the first time and still not showing anything dark.
How many days does it takes to get into ketosis?
Also how many months did it taken until people noticed difference?
I know keto works, because I work in groceries shop and four of my customers are doing keto, o can see how they shrunk and I can see what they eat… :blush::relieved:
I just can’t wait to see the process to “begin”…

If you want to get into ketosis fast, just stop eating for 3-4 days. If that’s too radical for you, just continue as you are. It will happen, just make sure to stay sub-20 grams of net carbs per day. Read food labels and calculate the carbs, don’t guess. You’ll be fine.

I had maximum maybe 5/10 net carbs daily…
I thought limited to minimum would throw me into ketosis sooner.
I may try fasting soon… At least to do Omad (one meal a day)…

Best tip, throw away the pee sticks and focus on how you feel. Stop stressing, sounds like you’re off to a great start.
