Just a newbie here wanting to be a sponge and learn as much as I can. I dont know if its doable, but I am trying to get back to “Highschool Skinny”. Ive worked out and always been the person to work out harder to burn more calories, but as I got older its been harder and harder for me, I am at that point where I need to be smarter and work less, so that is why I am on this journey of Keto.
