Newbie question on meat weight after cooking

This is probably a super dumb question but if I’m cooking a hamburger and I want to enter the weight into a tracking app, do I use the pre-cooked weight or the post cooked weight? I’m assuming I’d want to use post cooked weight to be the most accurate? I would imagine that meats lose a lot of moisture and some fat when cooking and hamburger meat in particular.

Use pre-cooked weight.
