Really thought I would not be registering any color by now. It has been over 4 weeks and curious when I will become “keto-adapted”

Ok, got my precision xtra monitor today. Tested ketones and registered .9 and measured glucose was 98
This was done about 1 hour after some macadamia nut nuts and a couple tablespoons of cream in my coffee.

This morning after a good nights sleep have 0.4 Ketones and 92 Glucose. I am closing in on 5 weeks as of tomorrow. 35 days today to be exact.
