Newbie here. Probiotics on keto?

I’m new to keto and I really don’t want to give up my probiotics due to feminine reasons. Can I use probiotics on keto? Specifically Rephresh Pro-B?I couldn’t find any carb content or nutrition information on the label but it does say that it contains milk. And these ingredients below…

Ingredients: Pro-B Feminine Probiotic Strains: L. Rhamnosus GR-1 (2.5 Billion CFU [At the Time of Manufacture. 1 Billion CFU Total Guaranteed at the Time of Expiration]); L. Reuter RC-14 (2.5 Billion CFU [At the Time of Manufacture. 1 Billion CFU Total Guaranteed at the Time of Expiration]). Other Ingredients: Dextrose Anhydrate, Gelatin, Potato Starch, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate and Titanium Dioxide.

Any input would be great. Thank you!

For me no need for probiotics, eat well and the bacteria will regulate itself. Too much sugar will allow bad bacteria to grow, remove the sugar and good badges grows.
