I sent messages to @discobot with “start new user” and “start advanced user” to access both tutorials. I think it works with any command, e.g. “display help”.

Click on discobot’s username (or picture), then the message button, then in the text editor delete the topic link and type “start new user” (without the quotes), and finally click the message button.
