Maybe you were dehydrated before and that 2lbs was just rehydration? Not sure what else from upping water would cause this…

OMG this is me! I haven’t lost a single pound, however my shirts and some of my pants are looser!!!

im not sure because my weight prior to gaining these 2 lbs has been stable (+/-.25lb) for a little over a week

Don’t try to do to much in the beginning. Your body is freaking out and trying to figure this all out. Some of these changes are taking place at the cellular level and take time. Keep carbs low and enjoy the ride. Don’t restrict calories and wait till later when fat adapted to do IF, EF or change the amount of fat or protein. This is the way you are going to eat from now on (I hope) you have plenty of time.
