I just recently found the forums after I started listening to all the 2Keto Dudes backlist of podcasts. I have been on the Keto Path for just over a year. I am down 35-ish pounds and feeling great! I will never go back to SAD!
I am so excited to find the forum since I really like talking about Keto and my family and friends just want me to shut up.
I am looking forward to exploring here!

I’m p new to this forum as well, since April but been keto (didn’t even know it was called that when I started) since Aug 2017 with excellent success.
Many wise heads on here and much relatability.
This is exactly why I sought this place out and I was not disappointed. I just felt like I was walking around with an amazing secret and nobody would understand if I told them.
