Just riding my stationary bike for an hour only burns at most, 300 calories. I’m thinking closer to 200 really.
So, yeah, an hour per donut. A whole large pizza like I used to eat? I might be on there all day. Need to eat while riding to put a dent into that.

I’ve noticed that the longer I’ve done keto, the less cheat days affect me (feeling crappy, crave-y, brain fog afterwards). I do usually strategically time fasting before and after these days, so that is probably helping too.
