This just came out this month, from Yale. I happened upon it because my dad sent me a link to some study on fasting- and this was in the latest news of the site he linked. Did some detective work on Sci Hub, and now we have the full text.

I remember being really young - 4 or 5 years old - and loving the fatty marrow inside the little circular bone in some pork chops, and the fat around the outside of the meat.

I thought I was such a weirdo for loving that little fatty bit in the bone hole (so did my family). It was my favorite part of the pork chop. And our fingers were the perfect size to push it out!
