Hi im on Day two on keto diet, not sure if im eating right🤔 yesterday i ate 2 scrmbled eggs had coffee with heavy cream it takes good though. Lunch i had steak and sone water melon. Dinner i had bacon and around 9pmi had pork rind for snacks. This morning i had 2 hard boiled eggs with bacon again and coffee with heavy cream. Do you think im doin it righr?

How much bacon are you having? I hope it’s a heaping plate if that’s all you had for dinner.
Sounds like you’re not eating enough. Do you happen to know you’re overall calories? You don’t want to be in starvation mode.
The other thing I would point out is that you want to wean yourself from snacking. Keto is as much about when you eat as it is what you eat. Both with the goal of lessening insulin production. Everytime you eat, even when it’s fat, you will raise insulin levels. So the idea is to eat less often, but make sure you’re eating enough to carry you through to the next meal. You don’t want to be hungry. That means plenty of yummy fat at each meal so you won’t be turning to snacks two hours after eating.

Where’s the greens which will give you the fibre and micronutrient nutrition? Spinach, kale, avocado, mushrooms etc.? Melon is not the best because it’s sugary. Do you have a plan for electrolytes?
