Depends where you look :blush: Try looking up zero carb or carnivore keto. Or just keep it simple by cooking a chunk of meat and melting butter all over it… that’s my (lazy) style of cooking :joy:

I have actually doing this for the last week and a half and it is much easier! I have made a small handful of Veg on the side just to add a little bit of substance but predominantly just meat. One thing I have noticed though is a headache constantly for the last 2-3 weeks and wonder if I am not getting enough Electrolytes, possible Sodium in particular.

Can anyone shed any light on this? And if so what is the best solution?
