I am happy to report that exercising now days leaves me energized!
Back in the day, I recall feeling like I needed a nap after a workout/exercise. I have practiced keto + IF for more than a year and I started exercising HIIT 5-days a week a month ago. I noticed the difference on the first day and the feeling has been consistent, for which I am profoundly grateful.
What are your thoughts on why this may be the case?
